HIP (Health Information Partners) seeks Manager of Healthcare Quality Improvement in Downtown Los Angeles Near Staple Center.  

Responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and Implementing the QI program
  • Provide education to Medical Staff, Hospital Staff and Governing Body
  • Manage analysis & reports from clinical outcome systems such as Core Measures, TJC, Corp Initiatives, etc 
  • Manage medical staff committee initiatives
  • Data analysis, collection and outcome measures
  • Oversight of all regulatory body surveys including TJC, State Licensing Review and CMS validation surveys
Skills:
  • Facilitation, Coaching, Team Building, Multitasking
  • Project Management 
  • Goal Setting, Measure Development, Strategic Thinking
  • QI Tool; FMEA (failure, mode, effects, analysis), PDSA (plan, do, study, act), run-charts, control charts
  • MS Office Suite (experienced excel skills)
  • Effective communication 
  • Midas experience preferred
Education:
  • BSN or Bachelor's in related health care field
  • Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience
  • Minimum 3 years PI, CQI, Six Sigma, Lean Systems experience
Candidate will:
  • Successfully pass a criminal record/OIG/drug screening
  • Successfully pass a prior employment verification screen
